Research is not, and can never be, a 9 to 5 job; if you want to get it right you have to be prepared to eat, drink, sleep and breathe research!

Although we are a diverse team coming from different disciplines and ethnic backgrounds, we have shaped an exceptional research team with extraordinary skills. To further give us a cutting edge, we are firmly rooted in Africa and the African consumer, embracing West, East, Central and Southern Africa.

QI has been operating since 1997, and has extensive experience across a wealth of different markets, from advertising, media, retail, financial, fmcg, as well as social spheres.

QI has made a conscious decision to keep our company small, working with a very carefully selected group of people, thus enabling our clients to get to know us really well.

We feel that this makes it ‘personal’ – experience taught us that if something matters, you work harder and want to do more and so we walk an extra 10 miles and add value to value as much as we can.
